Returns:
We are proud to offer a 30-day return policy. Please call our offices ahead of time to obtain a Return Authorization number. This means that any purchase still in its original condition and not engraved may be returned back to us within 30 days of when the item was originally shipped. The item must be in the original condition or it will not be accepted for return. For example, the item can not have been worn and not engraved. All of the original paperwork and jewelry box must accompany the piece or pieces of jewelry. If we do not receive all of the original contents a replacement fee will apply. Your account will be credited once the package has been received and reviewed, usually within 1-2 business days. Note: The customer is always responsible for paying the shipping costs on any items shipped back to us on any returns, repairs or exchanges. No exceptions allowed.
Sales Tax:
All orders shipped within the State of California will be subject to California State sales tax of 9.75%.
